Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Time We ship all orders from US-based warehouses via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Total delivery time is 6-12 business days from order placement.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking numbers. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

Delayed or Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@matysfinds.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
